My name is Mark Vicari, and eschewing commercial marketing, I have written this and will be sending it out on my own.

I am a new author of a Christian devotional novel,

"The Apologue of Rydar - Study: The Worlds of Nightbreaker - Luxada".

With hopes of making my livelihood from being an author full time, the interest and support of others for my book are of great value to me. Currently, lacking ample funds, my range is limited to a near local level, but I would be interested in any opportunity to visit your location to speak with a youth group, or venues such like that as to a bible camp, or even as a guest / public speaker to any interested group, and any other such gatherings .

The book itself published via the self-publishing company Author House, sister company to Westbow Press, a division of Thomas Nelson and Zondervan, and while currently not found standard on bookstore shelves, it is distributed via Ingram Book Distribution.

The Apologue of Rydar takes place in a world of fantasy on the planet Luxada, which orbits the First Star, Nightbreaker. It is the recording of seven episodic stories, each with wondrous elements and detailed characters that are all interconnected to form a larger single narrative. Each story centers around a main theme, and in this publication version that is then covered in a devotional focus immediately after each story.

The book can easily be found online, in such primary locations as Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

I understand, and expect the content of my book would need to be vetted before any support was offered, or I were invited to your group, and so know that both Amazon and Barnes and Noble have "preview" links so people can peek at the book to see if they like it. Amazon’s is longer (34 pages, BnN is only 27) but Barnes and Noble preview is "Nook" e-reader version, which some may prefer.
